1: Rehydrate the clear vermicelli noodles and woodear mushroom. 2: In a bowl, combine ground pork, eggs, egg yolks, rehydrated vermicelli noodles, and woodear mushroom. 3: Season the mixture with salt, fish sauce, sugar, msg, and black pepper. 4: Spray your tin pan with cooking spray before pouring in the egg mixture. 5: Steam the mixture in a bread loaf pan for 30 minutes. 6: After 30 minutes, top with the egg yolk mixture and steam for an additional 5 minutes.View original recipe
